The Executive King Suite was spacious and comfortable, allowing my family to relax and enjoy our time together. The overall setup of the room was good, with a cozy atmosphere. The price was also reasonable.

The breakfast options could be improved.

Absolutely amazing overall experience. Great affordable hotel in an excellent position in comfortable area. A lot of food available in the lobby.

Not very clean room.

Had a really great stay for over night, glad I've chosen it. The staff were very kind and nice people. The hotel was in an awesome location adjacent to many restaurants and the interstate, Nashville and a softball tournament. There was Arby's nearby, offering quick meals.

Bed was too soft.

bed was marvelous and I loved the down pillow choices. Quiet and private. Asked to be far away from elevators, ice machine and on the 1st floor. All was met.

Smokers need to be far away from exit side doors.

perfect spot for park walks and historic sites

the hotel's location was fantastic, just under 2 km from the stones river national battlefield and a short stroll to old fort park, made my city explorations so enjoyable and brought me closer to local history.

Bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

The air conditioner was quiet if the temp was set to 72F. If we adjusted it to 70F, it pounded like a jackhammer and would not stop.

The staff was very warm, helpful and accommodating. They provided extra towels and allowed us one extra hour for checkout to enjoy the facilities (pool, exercise room, breakfast). The bed was wonderfully comfortable!

The pull-out sofa mattress was not that great, but they are not designed to be as comfy as a bed mattress.

Engaged front-desk staff is a notable highlight.

The check-in process was infuriatingly slow, with a malfunctioning credit card machine that left us waiting indefinitely. Once we got into the room, it was crawling with ants. The cleanliness was shockingly poor, with bad patch jobs that only added to the unkempt atmosphere.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, people were friendly.

Could not get Internet to work

The staff was extremely nice and the entire stay was nice.
